Since its founding after the war in 1945, Futaba’s history has consisted of taking on new manufacturing challenges both for itself and for the livelihood of its employees. Even during the periods of rapid economic growth and globalization, we have earnestly delved into plastic processing technologies and joining technologies, and steadfastly pursued manufacturing.

Futaba’s purpose

Producing environmentally-friendly products,　
we will help create a comfortable society for all people

Futaba has, historically, delivered products resulting from delving into steel and stainless steel plastic processing, as well as welding, technologies.
They will remain our base technologies 50, and even 100 years from now.
At the same time, worldwide demand to preserve the environment has led to deploying various information and manufacturing technologies. Those technologies are poised to pave the way for the society of the future.
As citizens of the Earth, we have a duty to help realize that future society.
Therefore, we will delve further into our unique technologies while also actively incorporating technologies from fields that are new to us.
We will then make full use of the resulting more advanced technologies to practice more environmentally friendly manufacturing.
